Menu of the Week/June 18

Last week's menu was a big hit. We tried some new foods, and had fun with all the grilling we did. I also ended up doing something different one nite due to stuff that came up and I didn't have time to prepare the pesto pork chops. So I will do some pork this week. Both girls have told me they are tired of salmon....so....this week I won't purchase any. We may do something with tuna for the weekend. I'll need to wait and see how pricey it is at the seafood counter! Please remember to check for recipes and tips under "faithfixes' or "nutrition nuggets". Leave me a comment if you try something! Does anyone have a recipe for homemade peach pie with low sugar content?? The recipes for the menu items in red can be found under "faithfixes".
