Fellowship

Have been thinking about fellowship lately. Am in midst of (finally!) finishing the book "A Purpose Driven Life" and the study journal that goes along with it. If you have never worked through this book, I highly recommend it. Sometimes there are parts of it that seem like "milk" like I think "oh, I already know all this...this is for baby Christians or new Believers or people seeking God" but then......wham, i will read something that really speaks to me and I realize that there is also alot of "meat" that Rick Warren has put in there for those of us who have been saved for awhile. Some of the study has been very encouraging to me, and other parts of it have been very convicting. I really do encourage you to read the book if you haven't....it is a great read and he is a gifted pastor. God is using him and his wife in a mighty way and I thank God for men and women who are servants like this.
Here is what is on my heart that I would like to post more on when I am through with the chapter and the Scriptures that go along with it: fellowship. A quote I like from chapter 18 is "real fellowship happens when people get honest about who they are and what is happening in their lives." I have some thoughts that I want to add but that will be for another day. Meanwhile, I need to finish up the preceding chapters before getting into this very important topic. What is fellowship to you?
