"Even when the rainbow seems to pass right by me....I'm still finding Gold in the clouds....."

19 November 2007

Since we need to leave for Cape Cod as soon as the girls are off the bus on Wednesday, I will be busy the next 2 days with packing, closing up the house for a few days, shopping for last minute groceries that are hard to find in the small town where the beach house is located, and still manage to get my housework done here, before leaving!
So.....
I wish all my USA friends who celebrate Thanksgiving, a joyous and blessed holiday.
Remember to spend some time reflecting on all the bountiful blessings that the Lord has bestowed on us.
Pray for our armed forces in other lands who are working hard to protect our nation.
Pray for safety on the roads and in the skies as many people travel to loved ones for this holiday.

"Praise the Lord, all you nations;
extol Him, all you peoples.
For great is his love toward us,
and the faithfulness of the Lord
endures forever.
Praise the Lord."
(Psalm 117)

I will pray for safe travel for you and your family. Gos is good and I am looking forward to spending time with my brother and his family!

This will be our first Thanksgiving without my father so it will be tough at first. But we know he is in Heaven with our Lord! And no longer suffering!!

Happy Thanksgiving Faith!
