Today we are celebrating....

International Moment of Laughter Day

We all know the power that laughter has on our lives, health and well being.

So use today as a reminder that - yes it’s true - “laughter is the best medicine.”

"A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones."
Proverbs 17: 22

please note: next week, beginning April 21, is known as International TV Turn-Off Week....stay tuned here for ideas of how to get through a week of NO television in your home and some replacement activities you can do instead.....well....yikes...what about American Idol??

How true! I posted a video of a baby belly laughing and I can't help but laugh along no matter how I am feeling! Turns my frown upside down....corny, but so true!

Laughter is contagious and I love that!

I still don't watch American Idol, so I guess I won't have to be sad to turn off my t.v.! laugh, laugh.

We do love to hear people laugh don't we? Everyone laughs different.

Now when I am older, and when I am laughing hard I have to do it with my legs crossed... too many babies! laugh laugh

Have a great day, Faith.
