It's time for the Fall Into Reading Challenge 2012 hosted by Katrina from Callapiddar Days.
Click on the blog title in the sentence above to find out how to join in on the reading fun!
I get the most books accomplished during the summer months since I am a teacher and I have summers off. For some reason there is NO summer reading challenge!! I read many good books, all of which have book reviews on this blog. You can head to my side bar, look under the heading "LABELS" and then click on Book Reviews.
For this Autumn reading challenge, I have the following books I want to read. And I will probably add to this list when I'm browsing at the towne library which is a favorite activity for me to do! In fact, I was just at the library last evening while my youngest daughter was in her ballet class!
BOOKS I WANT TO READ FOR THE READING CHALLENGE
- The Innocent by David Baldacci (am in the middle of it)...a secular fiction mystery set in Washington, DC
- The Mid-Wife's Confession by Diane Chamberlain (fiction)
- Bad Little Falls by Paul Doiron (mystery)
- Until We Reach Home by Lynn Austin (historical fiction/Christian)
- Angel Sister by Ann Gabhart (Christian fiction/family drama)
- Saving CeCe Honeycutt by Beth Hoffman (set in the deep south)
- Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn (mystery)
- The Light Between Oceans by M.L. Stedman (set in Australia)
- What If Your Blessings Come Through Raindrops by Laura Story (Devotional book)
- Zoo by James Patterson (mystery/suspence)
- Low Pressure by Sandra Brown
- The Storyteller by Jodi Picoult (this hasn't been released yet so it will probably be on my Winter list!)
I'm also starting a new small group study book titled Living Intimately:Lessons from the Upper Room from The Fresh Life series
And currently I am reading Philippians and Deuteronomy in the Bible.
I also read Today's Christian Women magazine online.
What are you planning on reading this fall??

I really liked "Until We Reach Home". And "Angel Sister" was good too. I've got several from my library list and several from from book basket. I love browsing the library too.
I'm sorta glad there is no summer challenge. I like the casualness of being able to randomly choose things to read as the mood strikes rather than having an intentional list.
I read Saving Cece Honeycutt. I loved it! Haven't read the other ones, though.
What If Your Blessings Come Through Raindrops - Cool! I didn't know there was a book. I love the song. Happy reading!!
