mixed emotions kind of day...........
..............sadness in saying good bye to our oldest as she heads back to the North Shore of MA to get back to college......yet happiness that we'll see her again on Easter weekend when we head out that way............
.....................happiness at the 20th anniversary celebration of our church, Grace Fellowship.......
............................gratitude that God led us to the church 8 years ago this month and we were called to be in a church in our own community..............
..........................bittersweet memories in thinking of my mom this weekend......how happy she would be to hear of Courtney getting a summer job so early in the season and that Claire is doing well in school and that we love our church and are growing...........sad that she was taken too early!!
Yet...so thankful for this song by one of my fave contemporary Christian groups......
full of gratitude and awe that we will get to see Jesus face to face.....HE IS COMING............

The day my girl leaves is always emotional for me too. And congrats on your churches anniversary.
