On this day, 12 July.....back in 1975......

Today I celebrate being 36 years old in Christ......I wanted to show you some glimpses of where I spent 10 days every July.....going back to my roots, and celebrating my salvation....taking time out to thank the Lord for reaching down and offering me His Gift of Jesus....I cannot imagine my life with out walking with Him as my Guide.
Although there were some years of struggle and backsliding.....The Lord never left me..... we run....but He is always there to embrace us when we fall on bended knee and lift our eyes to Him....and say "Oh Lamb of God, I come.....I come....."

Thanks for sharing this. It's easy to take for granted the wonderful gift of salvation. May we never lose the wonder of it all!
What a wonderful thing to go back each year in memory and physically and remember! It reminds me of the signposts that the Israelites made out stones to remind them of significant deliverances of the Lord.
What a wonderful memory, Faith! Just love it.
