Planning this week's menu this morning reminded me I need to get to the grocery store and stock up on some staples. It's a beautiful sunny morning and we had another frost making the yard look so pretty!
- MONDAY: Vegan "beef" burgers; garlic fries, tossed salad
- TUESDAY: Mexican Tofu Veggie Bowls; Blue Corn Tortilla chips and garden salsa (youngest daughter coming to dinner)
- WEDNESDAY: Grilled Salmon; Fully Loaded Salad
- THURSDAY: Chili made with Crave (vegan) beef; Cornbread
- FRIDAY: Fish Tacos with homemade tartar sauce and coleslaw; Apple Salad
- SATURDAY: Homemade veggie white pizza; Cucumber Salad
- SUNDAY: Chicken and Rice Casserole with Steamed Broccoli (Oldest daughter coming to dinner after our Christmas Eve Choir practice)
