I will do something in the slow cooker and we will eat in the comfort of our central air!
- Day 1: light dinner due to a day up north and a big lunch out: soup(for claire),French bread, Cheese, Fresh Raspberries (adults)
- Day 2: Beef Kabobs with Balsamic Vinagrette Marinade(Orange Pepper Chunks, Grape Tomatoes, Beef), Caesar Salad, Lemony Steamed Green Beans, Chocolate Rounds
- Day 3: BBQ Grilled Chicken, Deli-style Pasta Salad, Steamed Peas
- Day 4: Loaded Kaiser Rolls: deli turkey/ham, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, mustard/mayo; Leftover Pasta Salad; Veggie Stix tray (peppers, carrots, cukes); Corn Chips
- Day 5: Grilled Pepper Steak, Corn on Cob; Baked Sweet Potatoes,Tomato slices with fresh Mozzarella and Basil. Dessert with friends: Chocolate Hazelnut Parfaits ((and a bonfire if weather is great)
- Day 6: Linguine with marinara sauce, Garlic bread, Fully loaded Tossed Salad, Peach Pie
- Day 7: not sure yet, probably something with Chicken unless we go out to eat on sat after test driving cars all day.......my turn!
