When you drink soda/pop/coke, do you prefer to drink it from the bottle, a can, or after pouring it into a cup?

I prefer soda in a tall glass filled with ice and a wedge of lemon.

What television show are you willing to stay up late to watch?

Not many. But if I have to choose, I would say either CSI or Law and Order: SVU

Name one person, place, or thing you think of as brilliant.

Person: Hilary Rodham Clinton. Although I don't agree with everything she stands for, she IS a brilliant person.

as for place or thing? how can a place be brilliant??

For thing: GPS. I want one. It's a brilliant device.

Main Course

Would you be willing to work 4 10-hour days instead of 5 8-hour days in order to save gas?

No...I don't work full time only part-time due to having young children in the home. However, I do run errands on the way home from work each morning, to conserve on gas.

Dessert

If you were a superhero, what would you call yourself?

Magic Mommy

And now this "magic mommy" has to go figure out what to cook for dinner, do a load of laundry, sign a class schedule permission slip for my teen's next school year, and take my youngest to the town library as soon as she gets home.

Weekend Plans:

Tonite: drive the teen to the church coffeehouse so she can meet up with her friends. My husband and I have heard this group (Isaiah 6) several times so we are opting to relax at home on the deck with a nice bottle of wine.

Saturday: sign up my youngest for her swimming classes, head to the new Farmers Market at our town park and purchase dessert, veggies and fruit, and weather depending, head to one of the 3 lakes we like and get those kayaks in the water!

Sunday: church at 11, kayaks to the lake if we don't do it Sat. OR....get some biking in and catch up on reading. My oldest will do HW/study for Art Exam, the youngest will have a friend over &/or play, ride bikes.

Sunday evening: fire in pit with neighbors if not too hot and humid. I am guessing our central air will be turned on for 1st time this year sometime this weekend if the weatherman is correct in forcasting the temps!
