Just what I need: another meme. This one is hosted by Linda from 2nd Cup of Coffee. I love her blog...she ALWAYS makes me laugh. She has tidbits of wisdom and lots of fun packed into her blog. Although I might not be able to participate in this on a weekly basis, I thought I'd do it since one child is in bed, husband is on his way to bed (he has a 5:30 a.m. flight to SC) and teen daughter is in shower. Still. So...I have time on my hands.......
This recipe is one of our family favorites. I make it all year around....it is great for those days when we all need to eat at different times......which is just about every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. I haven't made this since August so I think this is going on the meal plan for Friday.......let me know if you try it and how you liked it!
