My husband is doing pretty well with cutting out the sugary treats and I haven't baked in 3 weeks now so that's good. When the treats aren't around we are snacking on fruits and nuts.
Here's the upcoming week's menu plan. The key word is "plan". I'll shop from this plan and just rearrange the meals if necessary. Sometimes things come up and we end up doing something different or swapping nights, but this is the basic outline for this week's dinners.
- SUNDAY: Ravioli, Tossed Salad, Garlic Breadsticks
- MONDAY: Slow Cooker Sloppy Joes with Raw Veggie platter (Claire comes to dinner so the meat will be Beyond Beef (vegan).
- TUESDAY: Thai Pizza and Salad; Fruit cup of various berries
- WEDNESDAY: Italian Chicken over Ditalini; Steamed Broccoli/Cauliflower
- THURSDAY: Vegan Fish Tacos; Coleslaw; Chocolate Pudding with Light Cool Whip

Your menu sounds wonderful Faith! Lots of variety! We too, are doing no-sugar too. Our bodies are much happier when we do this. Have a wonderful week!
