We have a somewhat busy week......I planned some easy dinners that are perfect for hot summer evenings. Thankfully we have central air cause this week is going to be hot and humid again!
- Sunday: Grilled Blackened Salmon; Tossed Salad; Cheesy Garlic Toast
- Monday: Vegan "Fish" fillet on buns and homemade tartar; vegetarian baked beans; Steamed broccoli; leftover Zucchini stir fry
- Tuesday: Grilled Pork Chops (Dave); Italian Potato Bowls (dave's will have the cut up pork; mine will be meat free); Raspberry/Blueberry fruit cup.
- Wednesday: Stuffed Peppers (made with Impossible "beef") Watermelon Salad
- Thursday: homemade veggie/hummus subs; salsa and blue corn tortilla chips; Watermelon Salad
- Friday: Dinner at Church: Missions Team
- Saturday: Dave's birthday!! Dinner at Hooked!
