We leave on Friday afternoon. I plan on pulling Claire out of school about an hour early and we'll take off as soon as Courtney gets home from the high school. We're staying in NJ as hotels are less expensive there than in Manhattan! I would much rather be here:
in the Adirondacks, surrounded by clear lakes and fresh air.I need to lift up my eyes to the hills from whence cometh my help......
Please keep me in your prayers this week as I am facing some truths in my life that need to be faced....I can't get into details here but.....

Oh I so agree with you! NYC is ok to visit, but I prefer the Adirondacks!
We are working on planning a trip there this summer!

Oh Faith, u are always praying when i need to pray for you. You have a way with song lyrics. I hope you're using that gift somewhere in your church. Blogging is great but there are some things just too personal to share with the world even though it's what you're battling with. Some of my great victories I will never be able to share with others, but the LORD knows and all glory belongs to him! I pray your week away will bring you closer to him.
