The ministry I am involved in, HizKidz Praise!, is having its Camp week this week so I won't be on here much at all this week. The musical is Friday evening and each day I'll be at church from 8:30-3 teaching a class, bringing them to rehearsals, etc. Plus then staying because my own daughter is once again dancing in the show! And my teen daughter is a teen volunteer working in a classroom and doing anything that needs to be done.

It is a blessing to be involved in such a ministry but it also takes a huge amount of time......

so.....please pray for us!

Pray that any unchurched kids (we have a few registered for camp) and/or unsaved kids would come to know Christ as Savior this week....we have awesome Bible lessons that go along with the Scripture of the day which goes along with the theme of the show......

plus they have the musical to rehearse for.

We have 125 children registered and probably all of them will show up. Which means there are 125 in this production because they all have a role or are in the chorus.........

we covet your prayers!!! Especially the director......thanks everyone!

And for those of you who have asked: YES... I will post some Acadia vacation pics soon as well as a couple of my teen's Sweet 16 party!

ENJOY THE WEEK!!!

Faith, I will pray! Camp is great for our kids. My kids just got back from camp last week. They had many exciting things to tell us about. God ministered to them so much. It sounds like this camp is somewhat different that what my kids went to but God moves on kids at camp. I know, I went when I was a kid too. from age 8-18. I loved it!

Yes it's a bit different. It's a day camp from 9-2 for the bulk of the children.
Mine are there from 8:30-3:30 because I teach at it and my youngest is in the dances in the show. The end of the week, friday evening, is a musical that the chidren have worked on during the week between devotional times, rec times, lunch, etc. it is a blast and we have so many kids this year!
