Girltalk: Mothers & Daughters Talk About Love
For those of you who enjoy posts about Christian marriage feel free to join in on this monthly post. Marriage Monday is hosted by E-Mom over at Chrysalis blog. Typically it is the first Monday of the month but I am guessing it is the last Monday this time due to the Labor Day weekend?
At any rate.....this time the topic will center around mothers and daughters and love. Should be interesting, especially for those of us with younger daughters.....
I know for my self this summer has involved some interesting discussions with my 10 year old as we explore "The Body Book" and how her body is going to be changing in the next 2-3 years......
and discussions with my 16 year old have revolved around purity, dating, abstinence, "living together before marriage" among other topics.......
God is opening my eyes to all the things I need to teach my daughters before they take off for college....our time with our children is so precious......
so.....
check back in here on the 31st to read everyone's posts about how they have talked to their own daughters about love. I will do my best to participate this time around!!

This sounds great! I have a 10, 12 and 14 year old daughers.
