I'm reflecting back on the 2014 year with some favorite photos. We traveled, we stayed home, we made memories with the girls, we took a romantic weekend away, we prayed, we laughed, we cried, we grew spiritually........we saw changes in our extended family..some were good, some were difficult and sad..........we said Hello to new friends in Christ and good-bye to some bad habits.......
we set goals and even accomplished some of them.....we forgave, we fought, we hoped, we dreamed, we sang, we danced, we worked, we played....we are still learning about His grace and mercy and look forward to this new year with anticipation of all that God is going to do and bring to us!

| FEBRUARY: PEEBLES ISLAND STATE PARK HIKE! I did a spontaneous hike with my neighbor and friend one Saturday on a cold winter's day....but the sun was out and we worked up a sweat! This state park is only a few miles from our neighborhood. This month also brought some spiritual changes to my life A better quiet time with God for me.......... moments with my teenager........... moments with my husband.......... prayer for my college girl.......... GOD IS GOOD! |

| MARCH: HIKING LOCALLY! Partridge Run Forest Preserve in the Helderbergs Southern Albany County 2 hiking friends met me there.......the snow was hard-packed and gorgeous! We hiked around the beautiful White Birch Lake as well as 2 other trails We totaled about 5 miles that day! |

| APRIL: EARLY SPRING HIKE! BALSAM LAKE MOUNTAIN FIRE-TOWER SUMMIT 2 other hiking friends joined me for this Catskill Mt We had a little bit of everything: sun, snow, ice, sleet, mud |

| MAY: we purchased new kayaks and sold our old ones! |

| Summit of Red Hill Mt in the Catskills.... yet another Fire-tower summit climbed! Dave enjoyed the restful spot on the mountain top! |

| JUNE: DANCE SHOW Claire did three ballets.....one was Phantom of the Opera! She is on the right and her friend Alyssa is on the left. |
