It's been a couple of weeks since I've done this and our grocery budget shows and we're racking up those eating out rewards on our Mastercard!
Back to home-cooked meals!
- MONDAY: Bison burgers made CA style (lettuce, tomato, cheddar, pickles); Pasta Salad
- TUESDAY: Vegan "fish" tacos, Asian salad
- WEDNESDAY: Tofu Scramble and Steamed Asparagus
- THURSDAY: Grilled Salmon, Garlic Toast, Tossed Salad
- FRIDAY: Homemade Veggie Pizza and a raw veggie platter (carrots, cukes)
- SATURDAY: Veggie Mac and Cheese; Steamed Green Beans, Pineapple-Chip Cookies
