Grocery shopping for the week is done, minus some corn on the cob I want to buy at the local farm stand if she has any left. I'll find out tomorrow! For now...here's our dinner menu plan for the week. This really does help me stick to a budget and also lets me see where I need to add a few more veggies or whole food items.
MONDAY: Roasted Chicken from the deli; garlic mashed potatoes; squash; Italian green beans
TUESDAY: Slow Cooker Vegan "Beef" Sloppy Joes; Two Season Squash Medley
WEDNESDAY: Vegan Fish Tacos; Mexican Rice
THURSDAY: Lemon Herb Bow-Tie Pasta Salad; Garlic Toast
FRIDAY: Thai Pizzas and Tossed Salad; ice cream sundaes for dessert
SATURDAY: out with friends or Grilled Vegan Burgers; Cucumber Salad

That bow tie pasta salad sounds good. I have some of that pasta. May have to give this a try on the next hot day
