Here's my menu for the week. It's bitter cold here, a snowstorm is predicted for tomorrow late afternoon into night....I'm wondering if we will have a school delay on Wed a.m. Who knows? Life here in the northeast is cold! But hey...at least it is sunny today unlike most of the days last week! And you know how much I need the sun!

• Mon: soup and ham/cheese grilled sandwiches (a nite where we eat in shifts due to Claire's 2 hour drama rehearsal at church)
• Tues: National Pancake Day! blueberry pancakes, turkey bacon, tropical fruit salad (Claire to ballet)
  
• Wed: Cornbread Chicken, Parmesan Orzo, Tossed Salad, Steamed Peas (life::group cancelled due to Snow Day!)
  
• Thurs: Happy Valentine's Day: Dressed-up Steaks, Cheese-Potato Casserole, Steamed Green Beans, Sweet Carrots, Heart Cookies (mint-chocolate) (dave to youth center)
  
• Fri: Penne Pasta/Veggie Toss, Garlic Bread, Fruit Cup (date nite)
  
• Sat: Slow-cooked Chili, Cornbread, Raw veggie stick platter
  
• Sun: not sure...probably out to dinner right after church (claire's dance rehearsal during 11 a.m. service)
