AmeriKids, Scene 4- Pilgrims

Well, I am not too good at planning out this blog and posting pictures. I wanted to show you pics from AmeriKids with the pictures in sequential order. So....you will have to go here first.
Then come back here!

These 2 characters, center stage,
are Hoda (the news reporter for GFNBC)
(real name: Claire..not my Claire!)
and "Ron John" (the California delegate)
(real name: Andrew)

The reporter announced after a few lines of dialogue that a commercial break would take place. The sanctuary went completely dark and up on the large screens the "commercials" aired as mentioned in the previous post.

This is a scene with "Miss Virginia"
(real name: Jasmine)
and "Pip Squeak"
(who represents Rhode Island; real name: Dominique)
They are at the "convention" talking with the historian (the girl seated; real name: Gillian) and the Recording Secretary, a.k.a. "R.S." (real name: Jacob) They are talking just after the dance "Sing the States" Notice the choir: many members missing due to characters being in front and dancers backstage.

This is the scene that goes with the song
"One Seed, One Start"
This group of Pilgrims stood off to the left;
some of the Pilgrims had one-liners to say throughout the song.

There was also a soloist sung by "Miss Virginia", in this scene.
My daughter's good friend, Makayla, is the Pilgrim in the last row, first from the right. She attends the school where I work!

Tomorrow or Wednesday morning, I will post the rest of the pictures from the show!

Hi Faith, I guess I didn't leave a comment this weekend like I thought I did. Old age I tell ya! Anyhoo, I have and will pray for your travel. I am sure you will be fine. If it were me though, well, that's a whole different story! I get lost very easily. I have NO sense of direction. Seriously.

My husband wants to get me an iPhone so I can have a GPS system. LOL. Yes, I am that bad!

I've also been praying for you in other matters. I just haven't had a chance to email like I've wanted too. I know you know how that goes! But know you are on my heart and in my prayers!

Hugs, Amy

Sorry I've been so scarce over here lately, Faith. Our summer has been busier than I expected. :~D

THIS show is completely awesome! What a terrific learning experience for everyone. I'm looking forward to the rest of your photos.
