The Lord filled me up in a big way this week!
I praise His Name for His Marvelous ways, His mercy. provision, and Love!

I also am thanking him for:
  • the teens who attended SoulFest
  • the leaders from Grace Fellowship who helped keep it all together
  • my husband's generosity
  • the accomodations that Claire and I enjoyed.
  • the beautiful weather...yes..even the 2 rain showers that fell during our 4 day stay
  • the Christian groups who performed and ministered to the masses!

And here are some more pics of my youngest enjoying our mini-vacation in NH.
If you are joining me for the first time, the lake you see pictured below is beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee in NH. The prettiest, cleanest lake we have ever swum in.

Claire is standing on the motel dock in the early a.m. last Friday.
We walked around down there while I drank my first a.m. cup of coffee.
She also took a few pics of various things that caught her interest.

Lake Winnipesaukee
The boat in the background is a cruise to view Mt. Washington,
NH's highest peak.

Claire chose a cruise on Lake George (about one hour north of our home) to do
at the end of this month, over this cruise here in NH.
So, we just enjoyed watching it from our spot on the beach.

We decided to walk the boardwalk,
after our first swim, to get some lunch.

The tracks you see to the left of Claire are tracks
for a scenic train ride along the lake.

Claire opted out for this, too.
(just as well since they don't take plastic!)

In the early afternoon, Claire was tired from swimming.
She decided to make a sand castle with just her hands.
I had planned on bringing beach toys.
She said no, she wouldn't use them, so they stayed in NYS.
She loves using her hands!
So unlike her big sis who always needed all kinds of shovels and pails!

Claire's creation!

I have more pics of her actually swimming in the lake.....but....
Today is another "packing day".
Tomorrow mid-morning we leave for the loooonnnnngggg drive to Cape Cod and the Turner clan beach house.

We have to bring our camper as the house bedrooms are all being used by older relatives.
We are also bringing the kayaks! (although I vowed my kayaks would never touch salt water...oh well....I'll make sure they get rinsed off well!!)

So.....enjoy your weekend everyone.
God bless you and see you sometime next week between trips!
