This afternoon I am participating in the Simple Woman Daybook...a place to journal about our life today.....hosted by Peggy from The Simple Woman. Join in and link up at her place!
Outside my window there is glorious sun shine, blue sky with some white clouds and patches of snow from our storm a few days ago
I am thinking about the sermon I heard this morning on Acts of Service
I am thankful that spring is almost here!
In the kitchen fresh-baked brownies from the oven, onion chicken, broccoli-rice, steamed peas/carrots for dinner
I am wearing skinny jeans, white cami, purple hooded sweater, purple sox, silver bracelet and my dragonfly necklace with matching earrings
I am creating a photo-book from last summer
I am going to repaint our master bedroom next weekend while my oldest daughter is home for spring break from college!
I am wondering if everyone in my small group will enjoy our new study book
I am reading see side bar.....I always have a couple of books going!
I am hoping that the special needs students I work with have an easy day tomorrow!
I am looking forward to having my oldest girl home for a week!
I am learning how to be more patient with my husband
Around the house it's the Sabbath...so most chores are done....I have some ironing to do for some work outfits, and a letter to write to a relative in PA
I am pondering over this week's study chapter about letting go of our children
A favorite quote for today is "forgiveness is not a feeling; it is a commitment."(Gary Chapman, from the Five Love Languages
One of my favorite things is sipping a steaming mug of coffee
A few plans for the rest of the week: working, dental check-up, driving my youngest back and forth to ballet classes, and musical rehearsals, small group meeting, and welcoming my oldest back to the nest for a week!

What is the book called that you're doing for small group Faith? I can't quite read the print on the picture.
I'm going to have to add that quote to my quote book. :) And your food sounds yummy!
Susanne, the name of the book is Protecting Your Family by Charles Stanley. It is about spiritual strongholds....the good and bad...Satan vs Godly values, etc. So far it is GREAT!!!
I love your picture! Love the snow!
