It's Monday and time to post my weekly plan for dinners at home.
This helps me stay on a grocery shopping budget and allows me to see where we might need to tweak some things .
What's on your dinner menu for the week?
MONDAY: Vegan ground "beef" Sloppy Joes with Rice/Avocado/Carrot dish and leftover steamed broccoli/corn. (our youngest girl is our guest for an early dinner!)
TUESDAY: Grilled Salmon; Salad; Garlic bread (leftover rice for Dave)
WEDNESDAY: Tuna Melts; Cheesy Roasted Potato Fries/broccoli/carrots
THURSDAY: Ham Muffinwiches with Baked Beans; Cucumber Salad
FRIDAY: Apple Chicken Stew
SATURDAY: leftovers + ice cream sundaes with Courtney and Nathanael for our game night.
SUNDAY: Stuffed Pepper Soup and Biscuits
